exciting changes!!!

There are big things happening to this blog!  I've been spending lots of time working on it lately, and I'm almost ready to relaunch.  I've pretty much decided that while our lives are far from boring, they're not really all that exciting, either, and I'm having a hard time finding inspiration to blog.

But all that is changing.  I have some amazing things to share with you, and I've never been more excited about my blog than I am right now.  I'm going a less personal direction, though I'll still share little tidbits of what's going on around here.

Like how my husband has finals next week and really needs to make an awesome grade in one class or else the unthinkable might happen.  Gulp.

Lately my blog has been about...all kinds of stuff, but now, it's going to be about all kinds of...stuff.  Make sense?  Tease, tease, tease.  :)

Hopefully I'll be launching soon!  May 1st is my goal!!  I can't wait to share it all with you.  And give it all to you.

Bye, ladies!!

Hi, all!  Sorry for my absence again!!  I sprained my wrist a couple weeks ago and I haven't been able to type.  We finally broke down and went to the doctor and I've been in a brace for several days, and I'm doing much better now.  I'm not quite 100%, but I'm getting there quickly.

The boys are doing great!  We took Hopper to see a live Clifford show and it was amazing.  We've never been to anything like that, and we loved it!  His face when he watched it was priceless.  He's been talking about it constantly.  Today he told me that he is growing up just like "Clippord", and it nearly made me cry.  He is growing.  Too fast.  Sweet boy.

*deep breath*  Moving on....

Pioneer Woman tweeted about this recipe the other day, and Daddy just happened to be at Walmart when I opened it.  I called him immediately and had him get the ingredients to try this out.  I'm such a sucker for anything and everything cake batter, and this was perfect.  I got embarrassed by how much I had eaten, and I gave some to my sister.  She and her kids loved it, too.  It is perfection.  Pure, salty-sweet perfection.
